Shared Commitment: Advance racial justice through investment strategies, advocacy, and solidarity with impacted communities. Confidentiality: Members may not use non-public information obtained through their RJI membership to engage in shareholder advocacy work that counters or speaks against fellow Members’ or RJI’s work, to attempt to gain any kind of competitive, political or economic advantage, or to attempt to cause RJI or any of its Members any kind of public embarrassment or adverse publicity. Honor Chatham House Rules in coalition meetings and communications. Antitrust Compliance: Avoid any coordination on specific investment decisions, trading strategies, or competitively sensitive information that could raise legal or regulatory concerns. RJI platforms are sites for networking, education, and collaboration on a voluntary basis. RJI does not support the sharing of competitive information. Respect & Accountability: Engage in coalition work with integrity, respect, and shared responsibility for advancing collective goals.
